Reconditioning Process
Every equipment has been thoroughly inspected with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed before disassembly. before being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the needed tools to perform a high quality, professional paint job. They provide a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each Skyjack machine put back together based on OEM standards and some components are replaced with new ones. The components that get replaced includes: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, filters and hoses, the main control and main electrical cables and joystick controllers. In addition, every unit receives new batteries, tires and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
The 1st and 2nd tiers have a load capacity of 90,000 lbs, the TXLC-974 in the 4th and 3rd tiers offers an eighty five thousand lbs load capacity. These units provide a ninety seven inch center of load. When at one hundred six inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is eighty two thousand pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 4th and 3rd tiers it is still rated at 80,000 pounds.
